Juleiaah: Singing teacher

The last two weeks of trades have been amazing. The flowers at the farm are pumping and peoples trades have changed my world.
Trading often really opens our world to things you don't see, haven't heard of, haven't had time to make and haven't learnt. The last few weeks have been all of those things. This week I had my first singing lesson. Some people have a fear of spiders or swimming or snakes.. Mine is singing. So if I am honest, this was probably something I would have avoided forever. When Juleiaah emailed to enquire about the exchange I wrote:Woo great idea to swap singing lessons awesome! I actually have a total fear of singing, so I am going to have a think about this one hahah. If i chicken out I could always give it someone as a gift? haha.
There was definitely the intention to re-gift this one. But I went and learnt that I do have a voice. There is nothing better than facing a fear right?We got books and cake that make me want to dance. Can you ever have enough books or cake? And some amazing artwork, that now fills our spare room. We are so lucky.
