This week we want to talk about a flower for flower exchange.
Mel from Cecilia Fox knows how to do flowers, like a bee knows how to make honey.
She’s got skills.
Mel did the flowers for our wedding. She used the flowers and foliage from our farm, cut it, arranged it and giving them so much love.
We then traded her a truckload (literally) of olive branches, amaranth and dill flowers for her amazing skills, which her team came and collected this week.The photos you see are by Shantanu or “The Pixel Trade”.
He is real good at photos. Or as I like to say, he is a “mad dog” by definition of the word.
We traded him his photography of our wedding and the days surrounding it for his transportation, food and accommodation in our home. This is what he does.For us, these two trades and these photos hold in them some of the greatest joys, moments and experiences of our lives so far. Soak it up.
